Q. Do you do Mobile Service?
A. We can do mobile service weather permitting, we can’t do mobile when it’s raining unless you have a garage. In the winter it’s hard to do mobile service without a garage because it’s too cold for the glue to set and for the installer to be outside.

Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. Yes we accept all insurance company work.

Q. What are the steps to filing an insurance claim?
A. There are a couple of ways to file a claim.

1. You can call us and give us all the information and set up an appointment. From there we can either set up the claim for you depending on your insurance company, or we can set up the claim when you come in for your appointment with you. You can also call directly from that point.

2. You can call your insurance company direct and name us as yourshop of choice with our company name and telephone number. They will take your information and then either call us with you on the line or just fax us the information.

Q. How do I know if I have full glass coverage?
A. On your insurance policy under the comprehensive section it will list glass and if you have full coverage it will say full glass or glass/$0 deductible. You can also call your local agent.

Q.  What if I don’t have glass coverage on my insurance.
A.   We will give you the best price possible to replace the glass in your vehicle.

Q. How long does it take to replace a windshield?
A.  It takes approximately an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.

Q. How much notice do you need for an appointment?
A. We only need a day or so sometimes we can get you in the same day.

Q.  What if I just have a chip can you fix that?
A.  We can repair a chip up to the size of a quarter.

Q.  Can you buff out scratches on my windshield?
A.  There is no way to get scratches off from your windshield.  If we try to buff them out it just makes the glass distorted.

Q.  What types of glass do you do?
A.  We can replace any glass on your vehicle, we can also do door repairs on your vehicle.  We also do tabletops, mirrors, screens, woodstove or fireplace glass and all of your house glass, whether you have an older house or a newer house.

Q. Do you do free estimates on glass replacement or repairs on my vehicle, house or other glass needs.
A.  Yes we do FREE estimates.  If you call in for mirror, tabletops etc.  we will need the size to give you an estimate.  For house glass our installer will come to your house to give you a free estimate.  For vehicle glass give us a call and we can give you a quote over the phone will need the year, make and model of your vehicle.

Q.  What are your hours of operation and where are you located?
A.   Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays by appointment only.  We are located on Route 15 in East Avon.
